KOJA Design House Ltd Basic Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all contracts entered into between KOJA Design House Ltd (KOJA) and its customers. KOJA agrees to fulfill customer requirements according to written specifications provided by the customer and documented in writing between the parties.

Unless otherwise agreed, payment for the goods ordered by the customer shall be made at the time of placing the order. If payment is not made by the last day of the month following delivery, interest will accrue at the rate of 5% above the base rate from the date of invoice.

Ownership of the goods supplied by KOJA to the customer does not pass to the customer until full payment has been made, with full payment being the receipt of cleared funds for the entire order related to the goods supplied.

If the customer wishes to change the design, artwork, or other aspects of the order, such a request must be given in writing. KOJA will make best efforts to accommodate the changes but reserves the right to charge the customer for the additional costs incurred and will notify the customer of these costs at the time of the request. KOJA also reserves the right to amend the initial delivery time frame should any changes to an order be required. Orders requiring new artwork will not commence until the artwork is signed by the customer.

Acceptance of returns is at KOJA’s discretion, except when the return is due to KOJA’s failure to supply the relevant goods in accordance with the order. Goods cannot be returned if individual design or embroidery work has been applied, and/or the customer has used the goods and/or added the design or embroidery work themselves.

These terms and conditions, unless otherwise agreed, apply to all orders and contract arrangements entered into between KOJA and the customer, including repeat or new orders.

For any disputes under these terms and conditions or the contract between KOJA and the customer, the dispute shall be governed by English law. These terms and conditions do not affect the customer’s statutory rights.

Email discount codes cannot be applied to existing deals such as bundles or wearer packs and can only be used in online transactions. Discount code usage is at the sole discretion of KOJA Design House Ltd.

Please note that color samples shown may not exactly match the colors of the actual garments. For exact sizing, please check the sizing guide. Contact us if you have any inquiries.

Products specified as no VAT may have additional terms that qualify customers for no VAT. For example, safety footwear purchased individually (subject to safety rating) will qualify for no VAT, whereas purchases for employees will require the addition of VAT. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform KOJA if the purchase is subject to VAT charges as individual use will be presumed unless stated otherwise.

KOJA reserves the right to refuse orders, at their sole discretion, for (but not limited to):

• Offensive words and slogans
• Offensive graphics and icons
• Copyrighted material
• Copyrighted images or phrases
