KOJA Design House Ltd Returns Policy

You may return any item purchased from our standard range* within 28 days of delivery, provided it is in the original packaging and suitable for resale. We will also cover the return shipping costs for exchanges or refunds when the return is due to our error or if the material is deemed faulty. Returns can take up to 15 working days to be processed.

Unless incorrectly supplied or deemed faulty, we cannot accept the return of:

• Goods that have been embroidered, badged, or printed.
• Goods that have been assembled according to your specifications.
• Goods that have been specially procured according to your requirements and are not part of our standard range*.

Our commitment is to collect unwanted goods from your premises within 5 days of the request being made. This does not affect your statutory rights.

In the event of goods arriving with production or manufacturing errors, KOJA Design House Ltd reserves the right to correct these before offering a refund, at our sole discretion.

*Our standard range includes any item available on our website and does not include special colours, bespoke prints, or sizes.
